The staff did not appear to be interested in being there and there was a lack of friendliness. The cleanliness of the room and hotel property could be vastly improved. We know the area is dusty, but we didn’t see any sweeping during the 5 days we were there and it showed. The breakfast was total chaos. No food was put out so you had to ask for it and the staff were more interested in their phones than customers. We ended up going elsewhere for breakfast after 2 days because it was not enjoyable.

A bit disappointingly
I was left a bit disappointed by my stay. The hostel itself was okay but some of the staff lacked effective training. In particular, the male receptionist was unhelpful and would simply shrug when asked a question preferring to play on his phone. The breakfast was okay but disorganized. A number of guests left this hostel to stay elsewhere in Palolem as they were unhappy with the hostel. Also, at least one guest had their booking cancelled and was pressured to accept an inferior dorm.

Nice private room.
We stayed in a private double room that is away from the main building. The room is excellent. Very spacious and clean. Check in was ok but not particularly friendly. Breakfast is a little chaotic but was fine. Toast, samosa, banana and boiled eggs. You also get tea or coffee. Good eating places nearby and only a 10 min walk to the beach.

Schlechte Lage, sehr laut - Manager nicht erreichb
leider waren wir total enttäuscht. Es war so laut dort und absolut nicht zu empfehlen. Das Frühstück ist auch unzureichend. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt nach einer Nacht abgebrochen. Leider wurde auf keine unsere Mails geantwortet und wir haben auch nur einen Teil des Geldes zurückbekommen. Nie wieder

Solid house, good service
About 5 minutes to the beach and about 10 minutes walk to the main road. On the crossroad, so a little noisy. Solid house. Single room small with basic furniture, but very good hot water shower. Reasonably clean. Nice breakfast.
