It is important to note for possible future reference, we do have an overflow car park, not height restricted, to our accessibility from 4pm. We do have two carparks available one is indeed Hight restricted and the other is not but it is time restricted opens at 16.00pm week days and the barrier closes at 09.00am weekdays. weekends both car parks are 24hours. Good Morning Due to recent policy updates to the hotel we are now asking for everyone who has booked through a third party website to provide their own card details on file for security reasons.Such as for example extending your stay to other reasons in most extreme circumstances such as damages to the property. We are sorry that you felt singled out by this but we can assure you this is not the case every guest upon check in is asked to provide this now. As for the car parking situation this list is usually only kept up on the side for a guest to sign in their car once the guest has left to check in to the room this is removed to behind the desk. under the watchful eye of duty receptionist so we will get the management team to look into this for you.
