Pleasant one night stay

I’d been here before and liked it so much booked again. Unfortunately we weren’t able to check in. We called the number on the door and hotels.com. No one arrived and it looked like the hotel was closed. A phone call or message to say they were closed would have been courteous. After trying to resolve the issue for 45mins in the cold we then had to look for an alternative hotel in the dark, before the curfew started.

Warm welcome, secure parking. Seamless service and we felt looked after, including the dog. Great atmosphere, but privacy was granted and a really comfortable, quiet room.. so a sound sleep. One of the cleanest hotels that we have ever used. Quirky touches in decor made it feel special and a beautiful, calm Great Dane completed this very lovely place. Thank you.

Cannot fault the standard of the hotel rooms, it is a pity that couldn't be said for the staff. Total lack of warmth or any sort of customer service skills. I don't think it was because we were British either as we noticed some French customers in the restaurant also seemed to have issues with service. The restaurant menu and wine list was quite expensive although they did have a "formule" at 22.5 euros. One of the worst steaks I have ever had, poor quality, and the desserts were awful. One thing that that really annoyed was having to keep our cutlery from the starter for our main course, especially as I was having steak. We expect this at lunchtime but not for dinner at this perceived standard of restaurant. It is a shame but we wouldn't stay again.

Accueil rapide et sympathique. Service agréable. Chambre au dernier étage avec clim mais ascenseur uniquement jusqu'au 2ème. Seul petit point d'amélioration au sujet de la terrasse non préparée et non ouverte malgré une belle météo

Belle chambre
La chambre était propre et confortable. Un peu chaude en cette période, mais la climatisation sera bientôt activée Petit bémol, la chambre donne sur la route. Mais le trafic n'étant pas un important, cela n'était pas génant.

On n’est arriver le vendredi on na était super bien accueilli le service au top il son à l’écoute des clients et reparti le dimanche non franchement il son top top je recommande les yeux fermée

Bel hôtel très propre. La prochaine fois je prendrai une chambre avec la climatisation. Possibilité de manger sur place, beau restaurant. On a pris le petit déjeuner au café en face. Facilité pour se garer devant.

Flott hotel og flott restuarant
Koselig hotel som hadde nye rom med høy standard. Det var hyggelige ansatte og de var fleksible. Mulighet til å parkere bil på baksiden av hotellet. Flott restaurant med mange lokale gjester. Bor du på dette hotellet må du også spise på restauranten. Helt enkel frokost og jeg fikk tidligere frokost etter eget ønske.

Bon hotel - chambre rénovée mais sans climatisation (pas disponible dans toutes les chambres). Ne pas arriver à l'heure du coup de feu du restaurant sinon l'accueil sera très sommaire. Petit déjeuner correct.

Très bruyant. Chambre sur la rue, passage de camions dès 5h30. Literie bien. Salle d'eau très petite, impossible de poser lz trousse de toilette, sauf sur les serviettes. Bref, cela ne vaut absolument pas les 88€ acquittés pour la nuit

Hôtel et restaurant de grande qualité.
Superbe hôtel, très grande chambre joliment décorée, de façon à la fois sobre et moderne, très propre. Literie impeccable. Excellent restaurant, avec une terrasse à l'arrière pour les beaux jours. Accueil agréable. Seul bémol, l'emplacement, beaucoup de circulation sur la route, ce qui oblige à garder les fenêtres fermées. Donc à éviter s'il fait très chaud, ou demander des chambres climatisées. La petite ville n'offre pas grand-chose à voir, ce sera donc plus un point de chute pour visiter Chartres ou d'autres villes du coin.
