Accueil du petit déjeuner et déjeuner très bien, dans l'ensemble c'est un hôtel très agréable, j'avais une chambre côté jardin au calme, petit bémol, chambre en face de l'ascenseur ou il y a une commande vocale qui indique l'étage et ouverture et fermeture des portes trop forte je l'entendais de ma chambre..."

"The lunch and dinner menus were excellent. A very good mux of smaller and larger dishes, healthy options and everything was delicious. The drinks service at the pool bar was poor, unable to make a coffee with hot milk for a few days. The dessert menu is limited. The breakfast buffet is very poor in comparison. Virtually no health food options (berries, nuts, seeds totally lavking), limited fresh fruit. Packaged cakes sliced up, lack of brown bread, no helthy yogurts such as greek yogurt. No freshly cooked options (tasted like powdered scrambled egg), where are the poached or boiled eggs or freshly made omelettes like at other health/spa resorts? A shame, as the hotel and facilities are great and the staff are super friendly and helpful. Gorgeous outdoor pool, shame one pool at least wasnt heated. "

"Clement was a fantastic host! He messaged us the day before and even checked us in a little early. The chateau was beautiful and well kept, and our room was large with high cielings. We felt like we were paying twice as much as we actually were given the experience. The breakfast was good too and the location is excellent to get to the center of Aix. We will be returning if we ever visit Aix again. "

"La chambre etait bien dans l ensemble mais pas tres propre. Poils d animaux sur le dessus de lit, cheveux dans les draps. Serviettes tachées. Tapisserie abîmée dans la salle de bain, micro ondes vraiment degoutant... Je ne pense pas revenir dans cet hotel"

Equipped with a rooftop terrace, you can gaze the sunset in the distance over the greenery sipping a nice glass of rose which the owners Jana et Jérôme gave us as a gift.
