"I didn’t have breakfast but from what i saw, it does look good. I was one of the transferred ones from one hotel to another due to overbooking and no availability of rooms, and the customer service assistants were very understanding and accommodating. Clean room, very relaxing after all the hassles. Excellent staff support for a firat timer in Paris."

"It was dissappointing. Rooms were very small and bathroom was smaller than aircraft toilet. State of the room was appalling. Smell was horrible in the room. We couldn't get any sleep at all. Children were refusing to use the toilet and shower. Will not recommend."

"We booked family room and had terrible experience. The staff who chdcked us in was very slow and it took around 30 minutes for us to get our room checked in even though we had paid for room in advance. The most terrible moment was when I went for shower and the next room water was all over the room. There was some leaking issue and when I told the reception staff he was like so what. No courtesy to say even sorry once. Avoid this hotel. "

"My stay was very good. Despite finding out that I had to share bathroom, all went well. The host was very accommodating. The room was hot, ge gave us a fan. He provided bottles of water when I asked for water. He makes sure the surroundings was always clean and guest was never disturbed by any high volumes. Willing to offer options for food and transportation. For anyone who has a walking disability, this is not your location, due to the steep hill you have to go up and down when you leave and returning. "
