"Very friendly hosts who are multilingual, my Japanese isn't very good but the staff was able to communicate in English and help me find tickets that I ordered online. "Considering the price point and location, our stay was excellent. Having read previous reviews I was scared of lack of cleanliness. However, it is not very dirty. We found no bed bugs in our beds and our room was well-kept and cleaned before we arrived. Since it is a hostel (and not a resort), we had no housekeeping and had to share bathrooms but we knew this before booking our stay.
