The location of the hotel was great and very close to the main attractions in London. The cleaning service was top notch. The lobby staff were not very helpful as the revolving door was out of service quite a few times in our stay. It would have been nice to have an ice machine on the floors. We had to go to the bar to get a cup of ice. It would have been nice to order off a menu at the restaurant instead of just getting the buffet breakfast every morning. Overall we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Page8 staff was friendly and efficient allowing for a fast check in also was able to help with baggage as room wasn’t ready due to our early arrival. Once room was ready they promptly phoned us which was a great help. The location is great allowing for easy access to all tourist destinations. I would stay again
