The room was very clean and spacious. It included a kitchenette and living area for less than the price of other hotels in the area with much smaller rooms.

Property was very nice and clean it almost was like a Studio apartment and we loved the layout also the Attention to detail in the bathroom w/ the mirror and lights and shower had continuous hot water. We will definitely visit this property again 😁

I enjoyed my time here, clean hotel... but the location right next to a road with very noisy revving cars is a disadvantage. I woke up several times just from that.

We booked the Hyatt through a third party. There was a problem with that reservation and Hyatt staff reloved the issue for us. Our room was clean and the bed was very comfortable

Hyatt House is in a good location as it is close to 485, places to shop, restaurants, grocery stores, gas stations etc. it is in a nice residential area. The hotel is clean and they serve breakfast. There is a laundry facility, exercise room and other amenities. The mini suites have a stove, refrigerator , dishwasher, dishes etc if you decided to cook.Very nice

The stay was excellent. I am certainly coming back again. This will be my go to hotel whenever I'm in Charlotte. Special shout out and Kudos to Jessica for her hospitality when I arrived. She is very friendly and professional. Also want to acknowledge another special person, Chris for his hospitality and kindness. He engaged with friendliness and kindness when I wanted to know where the closes shopping mall was. Great hotel great staff. Will certainly tell others. Thank you

Great room for a quick stay!
Stayed in a standard King. Room was small, but clean. Bathroom was also on the smaller side, but clean. Room smelled fresh. Check in was painless and staff was friendly. Would stay here agin.

The property and rooms were ok. No where did I see that Hyatt House would DEMAND a $30 hold on my credit card for incidentals that I do not or would not ever use!!! Then the money is immediately taken from your Credit Card and once released it can take up to 7 days to process back to my Credit Card!!! Really???? I was staying here visiting family. This is the last time we stay here. I will not recommend this place to family or friends for future stays.

Let me start by saying the hotel is very nice and clean, but our stay was TERRIBLE!! The hotel had booked two children’s sporting groups and they were incredibly noisy. They would nonstop run and scream up and down the hallways. They would even bang on our door every morning they were there. I called the hotel a couple of times during our stay to see if they could do anything and they did basically nothing. During one of the evenings, the police had to be called because there was a fight happening right outside our room between the group and an angry guest. We were actually concerned for our safety because we didn’t know what was happening. We had intentionally spent a little bit more to stay in a nicer hotel and our stay was disrupted for half the time we were there by these kids. I have called the hotel a few times since to ask about some sort of compensation, but every time I’m met with an “of course, I’ll send your details to the manager”. We never hear back from them. The manager not only did nothing about the group disturbing every guest in that hotel, but also didn’t bother to offer any sort of reparations.

Worst experience I’ve had in a while. This may be a much better hotel on normal weekends but this stay was awful. The facility itself is nice and it’s in a good location. HOWEVER, there was a giant group of kids (what appears to be from a travel football league) and parents that terrorized the hotel for three days/nights straight. The kids were extremely obnoxious, running around all day, screaming, trashing facilities, and knocking on peoples doors. The parents are outside and inside the hotel smoking weed all day to the point where it’s coming through the vents in our room. We could overhear them discussing their plans to go clubbing while their kids were left by themselves. All “Amenities” were unusable because they took over everything. Breakfast, the hotel bar, the gym, the pool area, etc. All were trashed or had an environment so obnoxious that it was impossible to be around. Clearly the staff did only enough to survive the weekend and did nothing to help the other guests. Our room beside a stained comforter and leftover chips underneath our bed from the previous person had been okay. We will not be returning to this location in the future. Ive never done a review before because I don’t usually care too often but this was horrible.

I'm unsure if our stay was the perfect storm, but it was disappointing. Friday night, there was a giant cockroach in our bathroom. The following day, we showed it to the Front Desk person and were met with indifference. Maid service never came the 1st two days. We asked the Front Desk person, and they said we weren't on the list for cleaning. We were added to the list, but the maid knocked on the door at 3:15 as we were getting ready for Christmas Eve dinner. On Tuesday, I had to do a wash, but the washer and dryer on-site only took quarters. I went to the front desk for quarters, and the desk person said they didn't have any, but she said her manager would be coming in later and may pick some up. I went upstairs for a few hours, stopped by the desk, and still had no quarters. I then went to Harris Teeters, got some quarters, and went back to the laundry room to do my wash. I put four quarters in the machine to buy laundry detergent, pushed the quarters in, and nothing came out. I had to return to the front desk, and the person there gave me a detergent box. It was one inconvenience after another, and the nonreaction to the cockroach was concerning. It's a nice hotel close to shopping and restaurants, but this stay was a big disappointment.

This hotel was above expectations. Quiet, clean, well appointed, crisp and clean decor...etc. The breakfast was clean and well presented- tasty and warm. Nothing cold (that should be hot) or stale! Will look forward to making this our go to place when we need to see family!
