"I paid for a King Deluxe room. It was anything but deluxe! The fan on the air conditioning unit was running very loud. Kept me awake most of the night. Could not shut the fan off. The faucet on the tub/shower was broken. Half of the handle was missing. There was black mold around the bathroom sink ..."
