Upon check in our room was dirty. General manager of the property said he personally cleaned it. Trash was under the bed, shower floor was black. Dishes were dirty. Asked for them to clean it again and it took 2 days until someone went in. Then when asked to speak to a manager was told their hours ...

Sonesta Charlotte Lower South End
Great stay, nice hotel. Good location of I77. Staff wonderful. Room and beds comfortable. Nice bar/restaurant onsite in lobby, did not eat there but a nice vibe. nice in room soaps. Nice outdoor pool area, fire pits, pool bar.... was not open, assume is seasonal. Need more luggage carts!! 18 floor ...

Quality Inn Charlotte Airport
The staff on the day of arriving were extremely rude and not to mention there were things in the room that didn’t work and when I’d call or my find would call front desk they would blow us off. It sucked and made us feel a little unwelcomed. I know I wouldn’t come back after this.
