"I loved my room. It was nice but not luxurious which was fine. I wasn’t expecting that. It was clean and the bed was very comfortable. I had a first floor room with a nice view of the pool and grass area. Service was wonderful. The staff were kind and attentive. I felt safe which is important as a single woman traveler. "I loved the Western/ranch atmosphere. For me, it was perfect. There were no TVs, and the lodge rooms couldn't be locked from the outside...no key! It made you feel like you were part of a big family. The food was excellent. We met people from all over the world. We didn't ride horses, but took a UTV tour and did some shooting. The wranglers were very helpful, and it was so interesting learning about their way of life. Note: Check the schedule. Not every activity is offered every day."
