We made a reservayion here as it was the half-way mark of our trip. The staff were friendly, the room was spacious and clean, we even slept through breakfast! We will stay here when ever we're going to visit my son. Thanks for a great stay.
The staff was very friendly. I just wish the room doors would go to the ground and not have a two inch gap at the bottom. The breakfast was good. The lady ( I think her name is Julie) that runs it is very thorough in cleaning the area and making sure that there is plenty of hot food.

They couldn’t give us room keys. The cover on the bed had either blood or feces on it.
Sheets and comforters had food stains and were smelly carpets were very dirty too and the staff was not very polite.

This facility is in need of a renovation! Urine odors that reminded us of a dirty nursing home, peeling wallpaper in bathroom and extremely hard uncomfortable beds.

Would have been nice to know before arrival that the hottub had been filled in a long time before this, as it was the main reason we chose this hotel. The lady at checkin even acknowledged that its still on their page as being open. She seemed genuinely sorry but nothing she could do. Hotel is near the hwy so there is road noise but its clean and comfortable. Wont return

On behalf of our entire team I would like to apoligize for the hot tub. I have personally made sure this issue was resolved and taken care of so it will not be an issue again in the future.
The room was not clean, the toiletries were used, and left in the shower, the TV did not work.

We stayed 5 nights and the rooms were never serviced. I took the trash out and had to request clean towels consistently throughout the stay. I booked 2 rooms and this was the same story for both rooms

Thank you for your feedback. Can you give me some more information so that I can speak with my staff. You can just tell me what rooms you were in. Because I have been here for a month and have been doing the service myself. I would like to go over this with my new housekeeping manager so it never happens again.
The hotel is so close to the highway that you could feel the hotel shake when the trucks went by. Plus, the hotel walls and floors are so thin that you could hear the people upstairs walking, the neighbors flush the toilet and you can hear their entire conversations. Not to mention the hotel is very dated so it makes it feel dirty and gross. This is by far the worst hotel we have stayed in, in a long time.

The staff were friendly but the facility needs work, carpet were dirty, paint was peeling and the bathroom door was separating
All furniture was stained in the room
I was very disheartened by the poor customer service and the cleanliness of the whole hotel.

The room was noisy, the walls were paper thin, the staff was loud in the hallway at 6am. I was woken up at 9:45pm with the front desk telling me mu credit card did not process properly. They wanted me to give them my number over the phone. Instead I went down to the front desk to tell them I had a receipt saying I already paid and they then told me it was a mix up with Expedia. When I checked in they never even asked for my card. Very strange, I wondered whether I was being scammed. Won’t stay at this location again. Noise all night was terrible.

Excellent breakfast. Hotel needs some work on updating and modernizing some things. Areas around were ok but could be cleaned up a bit also.
The hotel was not in a very safe location. It was dirty, the room reeked of cigarette smoke, there was a large “patch” in the bathtub covering something up. Would not recommend staying here.
Our stay started out with getting a key to a room that was already occupied which we found out by walking in on the other guest. We never seen them but all their stuff was all over the room and it could have been really bad considering my 6yr old ran straight in. You could tell the pool hasn’t been scrubbed they only keep adding more chlorine to it and you could hardly breathe because of the smell. When I asked for a spare blanket for the couch bed because there wasn’t one in the room and towels they didn’t have any clean so we had to wait on those. The entire hotel smelled like pot and there was burns on almost everything in our room, the blankets, sheets, a huge burn on the couch cushion, the carpet and the pillows. The room itself was clean enough so that’s a positive. The price was really good and the stay wasn’t the worst but it definitely could have been a lot better.
The staff was great , friendly and welcoming. My room had stains on the sheets. As I inspected that problem, I found bed bugs. I left. They refunded me for the night.

The bedspread between the two sheets had stains on the ones on both beds. The bedspread was very thin and did not provide much warmth or comfort. For breakfast, the eggs were dry and the bagels and English muffins were hard.

Very clean hotel. Pet friendly and friendly staff. Good breakfast buffet. Cookies and coffee in the lobby. ( Coffee maker in the room didn’t have supplies with it.) Big bathroom but only had one tiny bar of soap, no other toiletries. Very limited dining options besides fast food in the area.
