"They’re outside areas, including the pool and the back deck area were absolutely beautifully done and very comfortable and welcoming. The bed was extremely comfortable, and we were happy to see that they actually had housekeeping come to the room every day and replenish supplies and make the bed which sadly has become a rarity in hotels these days. They were great about an early check-in and holding our luggage as we had a later flight out. The only thing I think they need to improve is the menu at the Little Palm as it was fairly limited."

"The Venue met all of my expectations above and beyond. When I arrived I was greeted with a glass of champagne by Caroline and Harvey. They were such a delight, by paying attention to every single detail to making our stay perfect. The rooms were spectacular! The hotel decor is amazing with beautiful art works where ever you look. Alison the hotel art director took us on a tour while explaining in detail about the various artists. I can not say enough about this upscale stunning boutique hotel. Thank you again for making my stay and Birthday memorable."

"Hotel was amazing. Breakfast first morning just crumbles of bacon. Omelet guy was too busy on his phone to care. Was there 30 minutes eating and bacon never got refilled. Had to call maintenance shower curtain rod was falling down and shower was clogged. With the amount of staff standing around doing absolutely nothing. Management should look at their payroll and do some cutting."
