"Very clean and comfortable. Bathrooms down the hall were close by and private and clean. You choose one and it has everything you need- sink, shower, toilet, hooks, and place to set your things. Delicious quick breakfast at the coffee shop in the lobby. "
"The staff, from an original phone call, with a question, until check out could not have been more amazing. Personable, professional, friendly, and enthusiastic are just of the few ways I would describe them. From the moment we arrived until we left we were engaged in an amazing way. We loved Betsy Lynn at the desk and her colleague, Vereema. Next time I am Boston we will choose to stay at the Midtown for the staff alone, although the beds and room were extremely comfortable. I cannot wait to see the finished renovation."
"Breakfast delicious like all the Holiday Inns we stay at. Room was clean and supplies for convenience we stayed 7 nights there and used the Uber system to go into downtown we definitely would stay there again if we go back. There is a large shopping center within a short walk also plpkenpkenty ofcrest"
"The staff was incredible! Above and beyond when it came to great hospitality and service. Always smiling, always asking how they can help!
Parking/valet was convenient and so easy! The gym was awesome!"
"We stayed for a few nights. This was my first time staying at a homestay, so I wasn't sure what to expect. I was a little nervous, but I was very pleasantly surprised and had no issues.
We weren't in the house a ton because we were out and about most of the time. It was more than sufficient for sleeping and showering. The host was friendly. The rules were pretty clearly communicated and seemed reasonable. The location was great, nice neighborhood and very convenient for getting to areas, restaurants/shops, and the airport. There were a lot of nice little touches, a couple options of shampoo, a granola bar and bottled water in the room, etc.
Everything was very clean. We got into town a couple hours before check-in time, and the host was very accommodating and was willing to let us stay in the living room area until the bedroom was cleaned and ready.
Overall, I was very pleased with the stay."
