"Overall a wonderful stay. However, I would suggest more help at the front desk. We checked in on a Thursday night at the start of a holiday weekend. There was only one person checking everyone in, with a line from the reception desk to the front door. I applaud Demetria, who checked us in, for maintaining exemplary composure and for repeatedly expressing gratitude for everyone’s patience. Her calm and pleasant demeanor was refreshing. "

"Units are like apartments versus a room at hotel.full size kitchen saves money versus going out for every meal. Close to outlet mall and other shopping. Within a few minutes to many restaurants. Adult only pool and hot tub outside. They also have 2 family pools."

"We had a great stay in our two bedroom unit with a jetted tub and a sonna, I was not exspecting that but was pleasantly surprised and yes I would stay there again. Over the past four years We've stayed in three different resorts in the williamsburg area I rank this place as one of best. That includes some of the Florida and myrtle beach resorts we've stayed in the past."
