"Staff were very helpful and friendly. My friend and I booked a twin room which was a very good price. Overall it was clean but there was no plug in the sink and no mattress protector on the beds. The room has a safe and a small fridge, but the biggest disappointment was the absence of a kettle and tea/coffee facilities. Maybe this is a generation thing, but it has put us of returning. We had a drink in the bar which was very nice and reasonably priced. I suppose you get what you pay for. "

"Great little hotel for the money. Easy into Manchester, near parking and very nice staff. A train line nearby so some could say it’s a little noisy but didn’t affect us. Has a nice little bar too. "

"Hotel is about a 5/10 minute walk from Piccadilly Station and a couple of minutes walk from the Piccadilly Garden Tram Stop. Check in was easy, just had an extra £1.20 night hotel tax to pay which I already knew about. Staff were friendly and helpful, had an issue getting into my room to on returning after a concert, 2 keys tried but then they got a night porter to let me in (the battery on the door lock was having issues) The room was big enough for me, the bed, there was a desk and a chair. There was a walk in shower and the room and bathroom was to a clean standard. Breakfast started serving at 7am on a weekend and because of the door issue, I took everything with me to breakfast so I could check out after. Choice or cold and warm buffet, they had items like cereal, cheese, ham slices, salami slices, bread, croissants, sausage, bacon, scrambled egg, beans, hash browns and toast. There was also coffees and juices. I believe this is an extra cost (it was already included in my room rate) I would stay here again, even with the foot issues I encountered "
