Room was clean& finctional . Staff was helpful no coffee available as both coffee machines were out of order. Nice to have the shuttle to the airport.

Restaurant area is super clean and I like the fact that servers wear mask while preparing the food. Rooms are clean and staff very friendly, breakfast is included and we loved the coffee machine. Location is super and area is safe , there is also a full time security guard on site.

Memora Hotel & Villas Chapala
Beds are hard as rocks. No soap in the bathroom. Coffee in the room is not good and there was some sort of conference going on so we didn't get the breakfast we paid for because there was no room. Also, it is miles from Chapala center and its a hassle to get into town. Would not recommend.

room and amenities were very nice. The only complaint is the bar/restaurant. AND its obvious it is a problem as I spoke with others staying there. The food is inconsistant, the bar is pricey.
