Hotel Chantilly is located close to Charles De Galle Airport, and is our choice to stay whenever we are coming to the Paris area. The breakfast is one of the best we have found.

Amazing quality throughout. Really nice style and atmosphere. Breakfast was great and host very helpful and welcoming. Tiniest issue with light from the courtyard coming into our room at night due to no blind. Otherwise perfect.

Probably the nicest 3 star hotel I've stayed at in France. Clean, updated, friendly staff, fantastic breakfast and amazing location. I will certainly return.

2 nights stay
We stayed for 2 nights at the hotel while attending a wedding in Chantilly. We arrived on a Saturday and left on Monday morning. There’s a parking area right in front of the hotel and it’s free on Saturday afternoon and Sundays. The hotel is cozy and nice. We were very happy with the service received and the attention. We had breakfast at the hotel one day and it was also good. We would definitely stay here again.

Great value for money in an ideal location in the centre of Chantilly. The service was excellent - I was even met in the car park by the receptionist to show me around and check me in! Very clean and very comfortable bed. Amazing for a 3* hotel.

The two employees we dealt with were both rude and abrupt. Unfriendly upon arrival and when I requested a cup of coffee in the morning a gentleman said it would cost ten dollars, the breakfast fee. No one smiled. I am always kind and gracious to people. Perhaps they do not want American tourist business. Was referred by a woman a front desk to the worst restaurant in our three week holiday. Chantilly town was beautiful. Staff need customer service training. I travel the world and rarely give poor review, but these people…..

Dear Mr. Anonymous Unfriendly, unkind & unhappy rude and abrupt staff that's a lot for one night! I sincerely regret this harsh comment which I think is not justified ! a coffee at 4am is not possible the reception opens at 6 a.m. you had a kettle and free coffee in your room, for information the coffee at the cost 2.50 €, you wanted a restaurant at 9.30 pm very late for the city of Chantilly our receptionist looked for several restaurants and took care of making a reservation in the only one available. We receive a lot of foreigners and love Americans, our ratings prove it on all sites, I was at the reception the morning you left and the person accompanying you didn't tell me anything if you want human contact there it would be nice to do it live and not over the internet. we tried to reach you by phone and via hotels.com without success ... I am at your disposal if you wish Dear anonymous Sir, I offer you my respectful greetings

A delightful hotel
Our first time in Chantilly and I was pleasantly surprised with only the charm but up to date amenities. The owners and staff were very friendly and made us feel very welcome. The hotel was very quiet and clean. The buffet breakfast was more than adequate with a very nice selection of breakfast items. Just as nice or better than the 5 star hotel in Paris we are currently staying at for more than double the price. I have never seen a collection of jams and preserves as they had available to have the nice selection of breads Should my travels ever bring us back to Chantilly, we would stay at Hotel Le Chantilly while exploring around the countryside and neighboring region

Great find in Chantilly.
We stayed here only one night before a flight from CDG but wished we could have stayed longer. Chantilly was lovely, and this hotel was perfectly located to walk everywhere. Beautiful room and very comfortable bed. Parking was easy outside the hotel, but they also have private parking for a small fee.

This was a fantastic spot! Centrally located—we walked all over town and to the chateâu, and had dinner just down the street—beautiful inside, and very clean. The folks at the front desk were extremely helpful and friendly.

Peace and quiet - charming
Perfect for staying in Le Chantilly area, options are limited and would say I am very happy with the overall quality of the hotel and service while here. It was very peaceful which was much appreciated! Would definitely recommend

Hotel was conveniently located to restaurants and shops. Grocery store just next door. Chateau Chantilly less than a mile from the hotel. Despite being on the main road the room was very quiet.

Great value for Chantilly
Have been looking forward to staying at this new Chantilly hotel. The aesthetic was clean, modern but with vintage retro appeal. Great amenities, secure parking, wonderful warm reception, comfortable beds.

Cute place to stay when visiting Chantilly!
This is a wonderful property. The rooms are clean and well decorated (with equine themes) as is the rest of the property. The buffet breakfast was a decent spread, and the service was friendly and good.

Terrific hotel
This is a wonderful hotel. Brilliant location for wandering down to the magnificent castle and horse stables. If you are on a driving holiday there is parking behind the hotel and it's just a half hour from Charles de Gaulle. Highly recommended.

Gorgeous, you won’t want to leave :)
Beautiful Modern and comfortable. Hotel made us feel spoiled and at home. In close walking distance to the square, restaurants and half hour to airport.

Clean rooms with comfortable bed and good showers. Decor is very nice. There was no air con unit in our room despite being advertised. It is still very new and they were still renovating some of the other rooms. Service was ok although a bit brisk. Great location for the castle and restaurants.
