"Highly recommended. We only stayed one night and would definitely have enjoyed another night. Outstanding historical building, beautiful garden, cute Scottish cows in the field. Room and washroom was spacious with view over the field. Dinner was excellent. Staff were helpful and clearly enjoy their jobs."

The rooms also have no air con so if the weather had been any warmer, it may have been a bit uncomfortable. They do provide a fan though. The staff were very friendly and helpful, especially at reception."
