We had a short break in this beautiful hotel. Staff very friendly and accommodating. Meals and service excellent. Spa treatments were a luxurious treat, thoroughly recommend.

Beautiful hotel, helpful staff. Wonderful range of breakfast food, all fresh and delicious. Indoor and outside pool so good for all weathers. Just across road from beach with direct access route for hotel guests. Great sea view rooms which were immaculately cleaned daily.

We've been to Guernsey many times but this is the first time we'd stayed at OGH. Guernsey is a great place for peace and quiet restful break. Greenhill's is a trip back in time before everything became electronic, there are no fancy key entry system or self service check-in, you are greeted at the entrance with a smiling face, a porter takes your cases to your room but doesn't show you how to turn on the light expecting a massive tip, everyone is worm while being very efficient at there job, nothing seems to much trouble, We stayed here for 3 nights, our room was nice and clean with a good size bathroom, there are also quite rooms...

My stay was for business, upon arrival everyone was very welcoming which continued throughout my stay. The room was beautifully presented and has everything for comfort to make a good nights sleep. Highly recommend it.

Fantastic hotel with wonderful staff. Food was amazing. The little extra added touches made this very special like a decanter of port, the homemade shortbread butterfly biscuits in a cookie jar in our room and the chocolate butterflies on our pillows at night My only gripe would be the poor WiFi Overall a really great break and I’d highly recommend this hotel

This was our second stay at The Grand which has now become our 'go to' hotel when we are in Jersey.

Of i could award six stars, i would.

My Mum and I stayed for a short 2 night break. The hotel is in a good location just outside of St. Peter Port. I could not fault the hotel from check in to check out. The staff were friendly and attentive and the staff in the brassiere particularly friendly. We chose to eat here for both evening meals and the quality of the food outstanding and not overly priced. Helpful friendly staff. Bedrooms very well designed. Food very good. Well cooked. Only drawback is that there are only 2 buses an hour and they arrive within 10 minutes of each other. I realize the Hotel can't help this but it might be worth them trying to put pressure on the bus company. I have now stayed in the Hotel 3 times and it has always been good.

Our third visit, we love the atmosphere in the hotel. The staff are very friendly nothing is too much trouble. Choice of main restaurant or Cafe Bar, we chose latter as situated downstairs overlooking promenade. Transport around Jersey is excellent, buses run very frequently all over island and very cheap fares. There probably will be a fourth visit in the near future.

The hotel was everything I had hoped for and more, The room was large, very clean and the bed(and pillows} were so comfortable that I could have spent all weekend in bed! The bathroom was spacious and well equipped and everything worked as it should.Turndown was lovely, so discreet, bath towels replaced, fresh water by the bed AND homemade shortbread! We were impressed with the Merton, Room was clean and comfortable, Food was lovely, The Staff were very friendly, and the facilities were excellent, we were also close to all amenities, I'm sure we will return soon, can't wait!!

Enjoyed everything about our stay. Rooms were just right for our stay, clean and comfortable and all the little added extras are perfect. Staff were all very friendly, especially Flávio our waiter. The chef was complimented each night on his excellent food. Good wines to chose from and the locally brewed "Monty" beer went down well after a day in the fresh air.

Hotel booked for a 5 night stay to celebrate our 50 th wedding anniversary, with family and friends. A celebration dinner was booked in the Seasons Restaraunt the food and service was excellent. We would stay in this Hotel again, although not in room 204 as the traffic noise was bad, room near traffic lights.

Clean, comfortable and lovely decor and furnishings. A great location just a few minutes walk from where the tractor bus from the harbour stops and the shops and cafes. Very quiet and peaceful and a great breakfast. A nice garden to sit in during the day and star gaze at night.
