Che dire...una meraviglia! Tutto molto ben curato:l appartamento,la piscina,le piante...lo staff e George sono molto disponibili e gentili. Pulizia ottima e cambio biancheria giornaliera. Si vede che è una struttura in evoluzione,e le terrazze di entrambi i lati hanno del grande potenziale!ci vedrei gia un bel bar dove prendere l aperitivo al tramonto...ciò nn toglie che lo si può fare homemade e salire con il bicchiere 😉 consigliatissimo!

The Kurmulis is just as advertised. It’s close to the beach and George is lovely and always happy to help.The only thing I would note is the bed isn’t the best so If you have back Problems take that into account.

Amazing little place!

A very nice place that was located little bit from the streets but still local. Easy to walk to the Beach and restaurants. Very nice English speaking host. New renovated rooms and amazing clean. Beautiful view from the pool and an amazing view from the roof terrasse. We actually stayed her over last night too after traveling around the island.

I wuold defenetly raccomend to stay at kurmulis studios. Staff is very polite and helpful. Good cleaning standards they give you room service every day. WiFi good signal but not excellent.

Lovely!

Kurmulis studios has such a lovely greek style and atmosphere. Everywhere is so clean and well kept with beautiful flowers and gorgeous views. It was very quiet when we stayed and we had the pool to ourselves most of the time which was fab. Location is a 10 minute walk to beach and Main Street with restaurants and bars. As the studios are on a hill this is no problem going down but I wouldn't say it is easy coming back and that's for a young couple so bear that in mind! The room itself was basic (expect no frills) but I liked the decor and simple style and we had a duplex which was lovely as we had our own balcony. The spiral staircase was a challenge (would not recommend for the elderly or small children). Also many people didn't bother with the rooftop but the views were fantastic and so beautiful at sunset! The owners take pride in their place and the cleaners do an amazing job. Would definitely stay here again!

Calme et proche de la plage

Nous avons été bien accueillis aux studios Kurmulis, dans un studio pour deux personnes: le minimum pour le confort y est, ainsi q'une petite terrasse très agréable. La piscine est appréciable et un petit centre ville ainsi qu'une plage sont proches (accessibles à pieds). Kurmulis est un bon point d'accroche pour visiter l'ouest de l'île (voiture conseillée). Le staff a été réactif lorsque nous avons eu un problème avec le réfrigérateur (frigo d'appoint puis un neuf).

«Il signor Manolis, il gestore dell'hotel, è stato molto gentile e cordiale. Tuttavia, la struttura nel suo insieme è davvero scadente, e necessita di urgentissimi interventi di profonda ristrutturazione. Avevamo chiesto di avere camere vicine e magari entrambe in alto (prenotato, pagato e scritto con sette mesi di anticipo), ma non ci è stato accordato: abbiamo avuto camere agli antipodi della struttura). Le porte di ingresso di entrambe le camere sono curve e non chiudono bene: nella camera n 6 per una notte non è stato possibile chiudere a chiave la porta ed è stato necessario dormire con la porta aperta perché l'antiquata serratura era rotta (riparata e forse forzata più volte) finché non è stata sostituita il giorno dopo (è stato necessario lasciare un messaggio scritto a mano sulla porta della reception perché il sig. Manolis vive a Hanià e non in loco). Per comunicare al di fuori dell'orario di lavoro bisognerebbe chiamare a casa il sig. Manolis a Hanià, il che è un problema perché significa dover fare una chiamata internazionale; internet wi-fi funziona male, spesso solo a tratti (sarebbe meglio avere la password della gemella struttura Egli Studios, gestita dal figlio di Manolis, Georgios: quest'ultima struttura, identica, è stata però ristrutturata da poco). Il mobilio delle camere (nel ns caso le nn 6 e 11) è vecchio, e questo di per sé non sarebbe un problema, anche se si potrebbe fare qualcosa; ad es i fili del televisore non dovrebbero penzolare (disponibile doc

lovely stay

We stayed for two weeks, the apartments were very close to the beach (5 minute walk) and close to a huge variety of restaurants on the beach and main road. The owner met us when we arrived at 11pm and was friendly and welcoming despite the late time. He showed us to our room and gave us some cold orange juice, which was lovely. The rooms are very basic, which we love but don't expect high luxury. We couldn't fault the cleanliness, rooms were well maintained and cleaned every other day. We ate out most nights but there were two hob rings and cutlery/crockery if we had chosen to eat in. A fridge freezer meant we could keep our water very cool. Very few sunbeds around the pool although there is a roof terrace guests can use to sunbathe with 4 sunbeds on top. Lovely view to the beach. Pool was well maintained and clean, always looked very inviting.

Monolocale grande, essenziale nell'arredamento ma completo nelle dotazioni per due persone. Wife gratuito e funzionante anche in camera, piscina piccola ma comoda ed utile per una rinfrescata serale. Proprietario molto gentile parla solo greco, inglese nessuna parola in italiano. Accoglienza buona, bottiglia di minerale fresca in frigo e il benvenuto con una caraffa di aranciata. La pulizia lascia un po' a desiderare nel senso che quando è fatta è accurata, ma non è giornaliera in 12 giorni è stata fatta 3 volte e due cambi di lenzuola e asciugamani, trovata stanza pulitissima, dopo un giorno cambio lenzuola e asciugamani e poi un altro cambio solo asciugamani e basta. Non siamo così esigenti e ci adattiamo con un po' di attenzione. Il clima aveva problemi ed è stato tempestivamente risolto. Punto strategico, vicino a Chania, con la macchina 15 minuti, le spiagge tra le più belle di Creta,elafonnissi, Balos, Falasarna, sono dai 40 minuti ad un 1,30, davanti invece a 400mt spiagge altrettanto belle, attrezzate, costo medio ombrellone e due lettini 6 euro, più comode e naturalmente più affollate. Da andare spesso a Chania e la sera a 300 metri dal residence da consigliare assolutamente di mangiare da maria's qualità e accoglienza ottima e prezzi bassissimi.

Ottima posizione a Stalos, piccolo centro a 8 km da Chania e a 2 da Agua Marina. Ampia camera con angolo cottura ridotto all'essenziale. Una pentola, un padellino, il bollitore per caffè, poche posate, un paio di piatti e bicchieri. Nessun attrezzo per pulire l'appartamento che viene sistemato a giorni alterni. La doccia non è appesa, ma con lungo filo a mano. Wifi traballante il primo giorno poi ok. La piscina era ancora ferma. Buona accoglienza con una caraffa di succo di frutta. Fermata bus a 300 metri

Hotellet ligger i Pano Stalos. Det bor mange lokale rundt med mange hunder. Det ble en del bjeffing i løpet av døgna vi bodde der. Leiligheten i seg selv var helt ok . den hadde et bad, lite kjøkken og senger. Først var problemet at kjøleskapet ikke virket. Det ble ordna etter 2 dager. Så første morgenen var vi uten vann. Dette skjedde også en av de siste dagene, men vannet kom tilbake i løpet av dagen. Renholdet av rommet var tragisk. Når vi kom var det ikke noe å si, men i løpet av uka vi var der vaska de kun en gang og fikk bare håndklær bytta en gang. De hadde vært innom rommet og tømt bosset på kjøkkenet en dag utenom, men da ikke tatt boss på badet eller fyllt på med dopapir.

VBudget hotel may be nice when the pool is full

Nice welcome, room clean on arrival if basic. Noisy fridge in room, can't be turned off. Pool not filled "too early in the season". Disappointed - should have been forewarned. No hot water most days. Asked for bins to be emptied but told no, cleaner comes every 4 days. Blankets thin - cold at night. No one on site at night: owners live in the next town. Wifi poor - unable to watch videos. No food or drinking water on site: 10 min walk to supermarket. Nice roof terrace. Quiet, away from main road and location excellent, local beach and restaurants first class. I'd recommend visiting the area but stay somewhere else.
