"Excellent accommodations! Very nice staff who were extremely hospitable. The only issue I had was the parking situation. They state there is parking available but it’s street parking which is available to everyone, not just the hotel. This is a major issue and they need to change this on their services on the App. "

We had an urban facing room just a few steps above ground level, and the noise level at night made it very difficult to sleep. Lot of people hanging out until 2–3 AM right outside our room. The location of the hotel is great in old town so it’s a trade off. Our flight arrived late at night and the middle of the night check-in turned into an adventure. "We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. It was very clean and the staff were so attentive - always offering to help with advice or services. Breakfast was wonderful with lots of choice and constant coffee refills . Great way to start the day. The hotel is in an ideal location around 10 mins walk to the old town. Such a nice walk in too. If you’re driving then the hotel is located not far from the main highway road that goes through all of Crete. Really handy!"
