If you are looking for a great place to stay in the heart of the old port of Chania, this is it. Very conveniently located within walking distances for everything in the port. Very clean, comfortable, secure and incredible helpful staff.

Two flights of stairs, to our apartment was challenging, lovely big room. Great coffee, friendly staff, parking in a paid car park near apartment, some car parks are CLOSED on a Sunday.

This small hôtel is SO cute, very clean, new rénovating. The location is perfect ! In The center of all The shops, 100m of The port… We have The room 5, small but cosy and beautifull terrace ! Perfect place to stay in The center of Chania

Casa de potie is a perfect place to stay in chania. In the centre of the town and right in the heart of it all (yet still super quiet inside). My room was a great space and shoutout to Malvina who greeted me with a huge smile every morning and was there for anything I needed.

The room was beautiful and super clean with a lovely patio. Robes and slippers made it even more cozy and comfortable. Location was perfect, so close to everything. The service was incredible. Malvina made us feel right at home and was ready to answer any questions, always with a smile! We didn’t want to leave to be honest! Thank you Malvina, you are a gem!!!

10/10 5nights stay! Superb location- with restaurants, shops and near the harbour. also, walkable to bus stations. Amazing staff- very attentive, always happy to help and will drop what she (forgot her name) is doing to greet you in the morning. Rooms are quiet considering it is in centre of Old Town. Clean rooms- with towels, slippers and robes, staff will ask if you want it changed daily. Loved the racks to hang wet swimming clothes and water hose to remove the sand. You cannot turn airconditioning on if the balcony door/windows are open which is a clever idea for energy conservation and sustainability. Clothes peg/ironing board/iron are the little details which made our stay wonderful. Definitely recommend staying in this place. Will stay again when revisit Chania.

I like the helpful attitude of the owner and the walkable location. I do not like the property lacks certain level of management in dull season. The heater is not functioning. No hot water until 6 a.m. The water heater made a loud noise when it was heated up. We use bathrobe to cover ourselves because there is no thick blankets available.

The perfect hotel

Amazing place to stay with clean modern rooms that leave you surprised of how nice they were. Extremely kind and supportive people involved in this facility. Also a prime location for everything in Old Town Chania as well as close to the main bus station in which you can travel to many parts of the island.

The host Malvina was wonderful! The room was beautifully curated and it included a large battle of water, Bosch espresso maker with pods, ironing board/iron, mini fridge and access to a patio. I would definitely stay here again.

Friendly Staff, Good Details, and Good Design

Loved, loved, loved this place. Good design and details. Friendly staff, especially Efi. We were able to store our bags here when we hiked the Samaria Gorge and stayed in Loutros for three nights. Great value. The only thing that needs improvement is the wi-fi.
