"We had a very disappointing stay at Valencia Club. The 3 BHK villa we booked was in terrible condition from the moment we arrived. Rooms were unclean, bedsheets and towels had visible stains, and the whole place smelled musty. The bathroom had mold, which is unacceptable at this price point. There were open wires and unsafe plug points, which felt dangerous. Housekeeping didn’t resolve anything the “clean” sheets they replaced were even worse. It genuinely felt like basic hygiene and safety...

Duvet(blanket) cover is dirty. I asked staff to change duvet they said don’t have another duvet. Rude behaviour. Price is too much compared to services they given. Not price worthy place to stay. Go beyond this Leef Inn……"

The Mulberry tree restaurant team, including Bhagat Ram ji and Chetan, was particularly helpful. They had a great choice of menu and prepared individualised food for us, including Jain food and food without mirch. Best value for money and enhanced the joy of our holiday. "
