Staff were so friendly, place is close to lot of happening place. Good breakfast menu with good view. We couldnt find time to use pool, but it was looking great. Good stay overall.

The staff members were so friendly and helpful! We moved to another hotel and forgot our phone/cable chargers. We called back and the staff found it in our room and delivered it to us at our new hotel at no charge. Now that is outstanding service! Kudos to a great staff!

Arrived in HaNoi on a weekend - the hustle bustle in the old town was mind boggling and the street in front of the hotel was impassable but the hotel staff met our taxi at the corner and carried our bags to the hotel. Staff went above and beyond in making our stay enjoyable. Loved the ambience of the restaurant and the food was beautifully presented.
