The area is very helpful because it is accessible to important tourist attractions. Staff are very, helpful, kind and approachable. The only thing is the aircondition is not very strong. Otherwise superb hotel.

Goon clean hotel with good public transport links

The hotel is a ten minute tram ride away from the central train station. Tram 18 towards Palettes it's just to the right as you exit the station. The hotel itself was lovely and the rooms were warm clean and the staff were amazing. Breakfast that's included in the price was fabulous. If you have any doubts about booking please don't it's great.

I had an excellent stay at Hotel Central. The staff were so helpful, friendly and kind. Communication was excellent in advance of my stay, they contacted me to check on my arrival time (and to share the Geneva free travel pass). When I arrived, I was welcomed by staff who spoke excellent English and had prioritised my room cleaning to make sure I was able to check in when I arrived (earlier than standard check in). 5 minute walk to centre of the city. Train station is very convenient to the hotel. Hotel staff were extremely helpful and friendly and overall everything was 5 stars from me!

The staff were really friendly and helpful. The room was so clean, as was the rest of the hotel. The bed was really comfy and the ports next to each side of the bed was really useful. The aircon was lovely and cool. Really good location near the train station and lots of lovely food places nearby

The host, Louis-Marie is incredibly kind and thoughtful. I got sick while staying here, and he kindly extended my stay, and checked in to make sure everything was ok. Wonderful hotel in the heart of Geneva. Close to the Lake, the train station and bars/restaurants. The hotel itself was lovely, bed was very comfortable, Clayton’s products in the bathroom. Staff were very pleasant.

We had a lovely stay at the hotel. Good location for getting out and about in Geneva. Good value for money which made the weekend more affordable. Perfect location, to walk out to all the best sights and just enjoy the park and lake. Only 20min bus ride from the airport and the staff are so friendly and helpful, they advised me in advance what bus to get and how to navigate the airport and where to get a free bus ticket to the hotel.
