"We always enjoy our stays at the I Hotel. Beautiful facility, friendly professional staff, comfortable clean rooms. It's getting difficult to find really nice hotels anymore but I Hotel still has the warm hospitality that most hotels have given up. We greatly appreciate having somewhere lovely to stay while visiting family in the Champaign area."

"We stayed here for Junior Golf camp. The staff was amazing. Everyone was friendly and that made our visit worthwhile. The pool was nice and the breakfast always had fresh coffee. Thanks for having us and we will be back."

"Excellent service, especially, the lady at front desk on our checkin day on 5/July/2025 evening. We liked cookie and popcorn offered at front desk as we checked in with excellent service. Very helpful front desk on that day. At least two bathrooms (one for men and another for women) at the first floor where fitness center is located would have been better. Better options for vegan/vegetarian guests at breakfast buffet would have earned highest rating."

"Hotel room was even nicer and more spacious than online pictures. Bathroom was great with all the Dove products to use. I didn’t even have to unpack the stuff I brought. Needed a microwave and they brought one right up to the room. Plenty of eating options within walking distance. Only thing I would suggest is when you check in make sure to find out where to park. It is across the road but super close and plenty of spots. Would definitely stay again!! "
