It's getting difficult to find really nice hotels anymore but I Hotel still has the warm hospitality that most hotels have given up. We greatly appreciate having somewhere lovely to stay while visiting family in the Champaign area."

"Excellent service, especially, the lady at front desk on our checkin day on 5/July/2025 evening. We liked cookie and popcorn offered at front desk as we checked in with excellent service. Very helpful front desk on that day. At least two bathrooms (one for men and another for women) at the first floor where fitness center is located would have been better. Better options for vegan/vegetarian guests at breakfast buffet would have earned highest rating."
