A 7th storey hotel only given a choice of 2nd floor room, ridiculous. I booked this hotel mainly for the view so very disappointed. Room flooring very dusty when check in. Will not be back for this hotel again.

This hotel is in the middle of the Muay Thai boxing area. It is set back from the main road with lots of parking for scooters. There are two buildings, old and new, both nice. New block has larger and nicer rooms. Infinity pool on roof of new building. Clean. Helpful staff. Can book taxis and excursions. Can do Chalong Temple, Bug Buddha and Phuket Old Town in a day, hire a taxi to take you to all. 25 mins to a choice of beaches. There may be more convenient hotels to stay at for general tourism, but if you are coming for Muay Thai boxing then this place is perfect. Breakfast is good and cheap if you include it in the room booking.

The pool was nice, they took the time to remodel one side. The old side the walls are coming apart. There is house in front of the hotel that is full of garbage. It is gross to look at.

Spacious rooms (booked a double deluxe) and relatively clean. Had to tell the staff to refill the water, and coffee sachets after room service. Horrible smell from the bathroom. View from my room was meh, overlooking the hill. Clean bedding, sheets and towels. Staff is sweet and friendly.

The Blue is a great place to stay while vacationing in Phuket… my only complaint would be the internet signal is not consistent… but other than that the staff was very helpful and attentive to my requests…. I would definitely recommend The Blue as a great place to stay while on vacation or training at one of the Fitness Camps in Phuket

Chalong the blue.
This is my 3rd time staying at 'the blue hotel' and everytime I stayed I always felt welcome by the friendly staff . They will go out of there way to help us. The hotel is very central, walk out the hotel down the driveway and I'm on the main road. I would recommend this to my friend when they visit chalong.

Dangerous Hotel
A number of issues were identified during our stay of 9 nights. Of the 9 nights, cold showers were normal for 6 of them, despite bringing this to the attention of management. This issue wasn’t isolated to one room, but to other guests within our travel group. The pool was particularly unsafe for children. There are areas within the pool that are accessible by young children with potential fall hazards i.e low fencing, pot plants near fencing and areas without fencing at all. Further concerns observed were live electrical cables terminated within a rulers length of the pool water level. The cost of the accommodation appears reasonable however there are other accommodation choices available within the vicinity that are as reasonable and would be a better choice, as observed by other members of our travel group.

Nice and clean hotel. Convenient location - able to walk to all training gyms, grocery store, cafes etc. Air conditioning worked excellent. I will stay again.

Best place to stay in Chalong!
This hotel is superb for people coming for training. It’s situated in the middle of the fighters street and convenience stores are just around the corner. High quality service and hospitality of the staff made my stay feel like home! The room has a small gym and a swimming pool on the top floor, good for relaxation after training. The room was very clean as well! Highly recommended for long stay!

Good clean hotel in good location.
My brother and I stayed at the Blue for 2 weeks while we were training in Phuket. I arranged a transfer from the airport through the hotel via email. On arrival at the hotel the staff tried to find a twin bed room, but weren't able to, so we had a double - not the end of the world. The hotel is in a great location for training on fighters street, up a short side road. The staff were all friendly, the room was clean and spacious, the hotel facilities are good (for what we needed). There is a small gym and small pool on the roof. Unfortunately I didn't take any photos of the hotel but I would happily stay here again!

Best hotel on the soi
This was my 4th time here at this hotel and i loved it just as much, wasn't really in the hotel much to be honest this time but it's perfect. Housekeeping daily, friendly lovely staff always try to help and warmly greet you. Good facilities. I requested a side room with a balcony which i got and this hotel has perfect sunset views.

Great hotel. Staff went above and beyond arranging taxis allowing us a late check out etc. Bed was so comfy!! Washroom clean. So close to good food as well. We moved to a different hotel and regret it. Wish we stayed here the whole time.

Im currently staying at this hotel. the service so far was quite bad. we stayed few night and they didnt clean the room every day (like we stay 4 night, they just cleaned once), we had to ask them to clean and they are not willing to do that.. Thats terrible. We complained to the reception, and seems she doesn't really care. We will see in the coming days to see if they will change it, or otherwise i wont recommend anyone to stay in this hotel normally i dont complain or write any comment, but this time, I really felt so bad that i have to leave a msg.

Amazing, clean hotel
Really good hotel located in a fitness area of Chalong. The staff are really helpful and amazing pool & views on the roof. We had an issue with our bathroom but was relocated to a larger better room within 5minutes. Rented a car from the hotel which worked out so much cheaper than taking cabs everywhere. Very good little restaurants on the main road. Overall would recommend this hotel

Nice hotel but don't trust the room safe
We were really excited when we got to The Blue Hotel after staying on Khao San Road in Bangkok, so we decided to book extra nights here. The rooms look very modern and we love the location of the hotel, right between Tiger Muay Thai and Phuket Top Team with Dragon Muay Thai a minute walk away. On the negative side, the bathrooms smell like sewage (we bought air fresheners from tesco). When I booked the hotel Expedia said it had daily house keeping, out of 5 nights with the clean room sign on, our room only got cleaned once and when we came back I'm 99% sure there was money missing from the safe. So don't trust it, I guess in Thailand carry your stuff with you or locked in your backpack/luggage! Over all a good experience and great deal for the hotel. There is also a great rooftop pool!

Gutes Hotel mit einigen Maengeln
Das Blue hat schoene Zimmer, einen tollen Pool und ist sehr nahe gelegen an der Soi Strasse. Die Zimmer sind sauber und grosszuegig, jedoch ist der Geruch in den Zimmer sehr muffig. Anfangs hatte ich trotz Reservierung eines Nichtraucherzimmer ein Raucherzimmer bekommen und konnte nach langer Diskussion ein neues Zimmer bekommen. Leider ist es sehr laut im Blue, viele Gaeste lassen laute Musik auch im der Nacht laufen und die Tueren hoert man den ganzen Tag knallen. Das Essen und der Pool sind super. Vor dem Blue ist ein riesiger Müllberg, der haeufig Katzen anzieht.

Nice stay
Our room was clean and nice. The infinity pool on the rooftop was amazing! Location is very nice, you can walk to restaurants and shops, and muay thai or crossfit-affiliates. The staff was really nice and helpful.

Supernöjd med vår vistelse på The Blue. Trevlig personal, fräscha rum och sköna sängar + sängkläder. Rymlig balkong att hänga träningskläder på och stort kylskåp. Vi bokade ytterligare en vecka här! Nära till allt då det ligger mitt på Soi-ta-ed. Magisk utsikt uppe på taket vid poolen. Enda minus är dålig lukt i badrummet och att det blev stopp i både handfat och dusch på en gång trots att det även fixades.
