"I paid for the honeymoon suite, but when we got there we were told the aircon had broken. We were put in a lesser room with no discount. The pool didn't look clean. "We booked this on a friend's recommendation and we were booked for 5 nights here but we left after 2 nights. We were charged for all 5 nights by the hotel. First of all the location was the worst. "The rooms were in terrible condition. Stains & holes in the bedding & towels, marks all over the walls and drapes. The toilette was so stained brown that it looked like it had never been cleaned.
