"First off there was no stay! The hotel did not have our reservation, as confirmed by Hotels.com, and reserved on 2/1/2024. So, we did not have a place to stay even after the reservation was booked and confirmed by the hotel. We tried on numerous occasions to have the hotel do the right thing and they refused. Now they are also keeping my money $189 for 2 nights. Lesson learned, don't frequent this hotel. We decided to stay in Isla de Sol instead after a last-minute hotel scramble. It was...

"First of all, I have to give 100 points to the staff, they are excellent, the place looks a bit like a fairy tale village, our cabin had jacuzzi and wood fire heater( tha we didn't used), beds are comfortable and the cabin looks a bit like a yert. The breakfast was OK, the only thing that needs to be improved is that the Internet in the cabin was very slow "
