"This is the true diamond of the island. The staff is incredible and make you feel like you are a valued part of the Royal West Indies family. Rooms are clean, grounds are immaculate, and the atmosphere calm and relaxing. We were there during Hurricane Melissa. The emergency preparedness and constant updates were on point. It really made it a non-event and there was no need to worry or hide in your room. This was our second trip to Royals West Indie and we are already planning our return next year. We have done seven-day and nine-day stays during the off season. You really have the beach to yourself and it is very affordable. Our next stay will be 14 days. You just cant get enough of the 5 star treatment from everyone at Royal West indies. "

"The rooms are amazing, clean, beautiful, and spacious! The property welcomes you with an alcoholic drink and a cold towel! Complimentary breakfast is included with your stay and such a large variety of hot food! Very thoughtful touches are included throughout the entire property such as free reusable water bottles, water filling stations, free sunscreen, ice, and beach towels. They give out fresh fruit and set up beach chairs with towels as you’re lounging out on the prettiest beach ever! The rooms account for everything you could possibly need from toiletries to laundry supplies to a fully stocked kitchen. There are personal ice makers in each room. The housekeeping is very thorough and greet you by name. This resort is a bit dated as far as the architecture but the stellar customer service and amenities far exceeded my expectations! "
