The property was clean, staff were very helpful. I became ill, saw a doctor and needed an emergency phamacy - the staff assisted with this giving us directions to an emergency pharmacist in the area. Also, assisted in being able to stay an extra night for me to recover. Only down side was the restaurant was not open during the weekend.

We only stayed overnight but the staff were lovely and the meal was great too! Didnt stay for breakfast as we thought that was a bit expensive as we wouldnt have eaten much! Bedroom was clean and functional and more than enough for an overnight stay

It's a great value option. They are quiet neat and responsive. The breakfast options were decent/good. Good wifi. Well situated in a walkable proximity (around 5 min) to the public transport options and the university/hospital. There might be a bit of noise when other guests move out in the evening. But you can sleep through it (they provide ear plugs too if needed).

A good standard Novotel in the western suburbs of Nancy, close to main roads around the city but our room was very quiet with an inner door that also diminished any "corridor" noise. The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom clean, with toiletries supplied. Not much opportunity to eat in the surrounding district unless you can drive there but we ate in the hotel restaurant where our evening meal was good, although a bit expensive. It was a beautiful room very clean and inviting but unfortunately there was no lift but other than that I would definitely recommend the hotel for its high standards and location as it very close to the city centre

I stayed here on the last night of an 11 day tour of Europe. When you arrive the patio and view captivate the senses. It is perfect for an afternoon sharing drinks with friends. The room was quiet, clean and tidy, and big enough to be comfortable for the three of us. The airconditioning silently worked wonders. The beds were incredibly comfortable. The hotel is perfectly situated for walking to see the city highlights and to easily arrive and leave the city with a car.

The staff was kind and welcoming. I really enjoyed my stay because the room was comfortable and the bathroom was also clean. The parking is also safe and secure as there are gates.
