"The view from the room is by far the most beautiful aspect of this hotel, it’s gorgeous! The room wasn’t shabby either, the modern gold finishes, warm woods and textures used throughout, is so inviting. The staff was cheerful and welcoming. My only criticism was that the bedding was FIRM. Even still, can’t wait to visit again in the warm weather to use the beach and sauna. "

"Excellent stay! Pros: Amenities and staff were 5 stars. Everything was clean, great breakfast options, facilities excellent. Cons: An issue we had was that housekeeping did not come to clean the room when we requested but other than that they were responsive and eventually showed up. Also, the breakfast line for the waffles was slow so it could take up to 20+ minutes. If a parent is in line and wants to make a 2.5 minute waffle each for a family of four that would be 10 minutes for that one person. I would recommend improving that process somehow, or even pre-making some waffles to prevent the bottleneck. Summary: Incredibly clean and location was perfect. Would stay here again and recommend to others. "
