The spa was good, and the staff there was also amazing. Buffet breakfast was great, lots of options and fresh food. Not sure if the quality reflects the price"

"Nice hotel in a good location, lots of history. Parts of the hotel and rooms require maintenance and updating. Food was good, we had an evening meal and breakfast and choices and quality were pretty good. Overall the hotel is clinging on to 4* status but but still good value for money. We found the staff in every part of the hotel to be polite and friendly and professional."
