"Was first time at hotel and totally blown away by it all .The views were amazing from terrace bar especially the sunsets .Our room was great with huge balcony.Staff were fantastic especially the waitress Tamara she went above and beyond to make sure our stay was perfect .We are waiting to check dates and book again."

"The parking was a joke, I was charged 40 euros for parkimg at the hotel, but every time I came back in the evening, I had to go round in circles to find a place to park. I had to leave my car any where there was the smallerst of space and hope for the best. A lot of noice, with banging doors what ever the time."

"First time in Gibraltar and the Sunborn yacht set it off on flying colours. Just a short walk away from the airport we arrived at the Yacht and checked into our room. Absolutely beautiful! The initial room we got we were not happy with as we were onlooking the pub below but the staff graciously moved us to a room without a pub view. I must say the yacht had a fantastic feel, the fittings and fixtures were wonderful, luxurious toiletries and spacious shower and walk in bathroom. Everything you needed was there. One small thing I liked was that the TV actually had an English speaking channel and they had some old time classics on that just brought back good old memories from the past. Breakfast was so good and ran beautifully smooth despite the number of people. Everything was ready and you didn’t have to wait for anything at all. If you needed anything- just ask and the staff were so helpful. I really enjoyed my stay and if visiting again I would stay here again. A BIG thank you to the Sunborn team for making our stay so extremely comfortable and luxurious!!!! Xx"

"amazing staff greeted us upon arrival. easy parking. clean room with a nice view of the marina. comprehensive breakfast options, something for everyone. I would recommend to stay here. 10 minute walk to Gibraltar a bonus!!"

"1.how does this hotel be rated as 4*? Everything is so rundown and dusty 2. Zero towels in my Presidential Room. I had to ask for them. 3. No Kleenex in room 4. The towels delivered to my room all smelled like cigarette smoke 5. Pebbles in the shower room flower has some missing pebbles 6. Floor is so worn out 7. No bellboy to help with luggage 8.I was told at check-in that buffet breakfast would be served until 11am. When I got there at 10:40am but was refused service. "
