Otelin konumu oldukça iyi. Kısa bir yürüyüşle Alaçatı’nın merkezindesiniz. Kahvaltı oldukça iyi ve çok çeşit var. Erhan Bey yardıma ihtiyacınız olduğunda yanınızda. Otelin bulunduğu sokak sessiz sakin. 6 gün kaldık, su gibi geçti gitti. Muhit Alaçatı’ya teşekkür ediyoruz. “Oteliniz ana sayfa resminden çok daha güzel, bilginize.”

Güzel insanlar, güzel konum ama kötü hizmet
Öncelikle otelin konumuna diyecek tek bir olumsuz şey yok. İki adımda Alaçatı merkezdesiniz ama gece sizi rahatsız edecek tek ses duymuyorsunuz. Otelin işletmecisi Erhan Bey gayet güler yüzlü ve yardımsever biriydi... Otelde 7 numaralı oda da konakladık. İlk gece banyonun tavanından gökyüzünü görebileceğiniz bir delik ile uyuduk. Ertesi gün durumu kendilerine bildirdiğimizde orada bir havalandırma vardı, düşmüş denildi ve akşama kadar düzeltildi. Ancak insan şu soruyu soruyor burada, odayı bizim için temizlerken bunu nasıl fark etmediniz!!! Oda geniş ve ferahtı, balkon yoktu. Denizden sonra ıslak olan eşyalarımızı ne yapacağız dediğimizde, otelde bunun için hiçbir alan olmadığını öğrendik... Çok şükür ki yanımızda mandal vardı ve üst kattaki odalardan birinde kalıyorduk, pencere pervazını kullandık... Otelde 6 gece konakladık ve bu süre boyunca biz söylemeden asla çöpümüzü değiştirmediler.. Her gün olmasada 6 gün konaklayan birinin yatak nevresimleri bir kez değiştirilebilirdi ama bu da yoktu...Banyonun gideri berbattı, kaç gün o şekilde kullandık, 4. gün tesisatçı çağırdılar. Oda ve banyo bir kez olsun temizlenmedi, oda da eksik gedik var mı diye kontrol edilmedi.. Oteldeki kahvaltı alanı, önündeki 4-5 masadan ibaretti ama kahvaltıları ve servisleri güzeldi.. Araç için park sıkıntısı pek yaşamadığımız konumdaydı. Gece otelde kimse bulunmuyordu, yol geçen hanı sanki; dış kapı herkese açık... Konaklayanlara dış kapı anahtarı verilip, kapı kilitli tutulsa güvenilir olabilirdi.

Sadece konaklama hizmeti aldığımız otelin kurulumu aşamasında özenildiği belli ancak işletme ve bakımı ile ilgili de aynı özene ihtiyacı var.. 1. Oda özenilerek hazırlanmış ancak çok küçüktü. Koyulan dolapta odaya paralel olarak çok küçüktü, eşyalar için yetersizdi. 2. Yastık yüzünde lekeler vardı. Bizde kirli olabileceği endişesini uyandırdı. 3. Banyoda duş gideri çalışmıyordu, ayaklarımız suyun içinde duş almak zorunda kaldık. Duşta sabun şampuan koymak için yer yoktu. Alafranganın kapağı sabit değildi yerinden oynuyordu.

Otele güvenmeyin.
Çok iyi demek isterdim. Ancak, iki oda almış olmama rağmen, ikinci odayı başka bir otelden verdiler. Barın üzerinde . Arkadaşlarımız sabaha kadar hiç uyuyamadılar.acentanın geç bildirimde bulunduğunu. Otelin suçu ılmadığını söylediler.
