Otel çok temiz ve konforluydu. Çarşının ortasında olmasına rağmen sessizdi. Çok memnun kaldık. Çalışanlar çok özveriliydi. Tekrar konaklamayı düşünüyoruz.

Mala relación costo/beneficio. No lo recomendamos!
La relación costo/beneficio del hotel es muy mala. En general es un hotel muy costoso para el servicio que ofrece. La entrada de la habitación era por un pasillo siempre encharcado de agua y con todos los elementos de limpieza sin orden alguno. Parece que hace meses no se aspira o limpia el piso debajo de la cama, en donde había hasta pertenencias de anteriores huéspedes. La humedad del baño hacía que las toallas mojadas nunca se secaran y tomaran un mal olor. La ubicación del hotel es buena y aunque los empleados no hablaban inglés siempre fueron muy atentos.

Estimado Juan Felipe,Ante todo gracias por tu comentario.Nos gustaría compartir nuestras opiniones frente a sus críticas.''La entrada de la habitación era por un pasillo siempre encharcado de agua y con todos los elementos de limpieza sin orden alguno''Debido a la lluvia continua, hay un poco de agua en los pasillos. Y tan pronto como cesa la lluvia, se han hecho las intervenciones necesarias y evacuado. No hay ningún problema en su habitación. Lamentablemente, estos problemas ocurren en veranos extremos. Esto normalmente no molesta a nadie ¿No es una situación humanitaria?Entendemos su comentario de que las toallas están húmedas debido al clima, y le pedimos disculpas. Nunca había llovido tanto en agosto en Alaçatı y, al mismo tiempo, nuestra secadora se estropeó. Intentamos ayudar en todo lo que pudimos.

Staff was very helpful and friendly.. Breakfast which was included in the room price was excellent.I WILL be back to this hotel next time when I visit Alacati.

The room was clean and cute, but wasn't soundproof. The location is excellent. The staffs didn't understand english but we used google translator during our stay and they were really sweet.

Otel konumu merkezi gayet güzeldi, odamız çok şık dekore edilmiş tatlı ve temiz bir oda idi, uyku konforu yüksek kahvaltı lezzetli ve yeterli idi. Otel sahibesi her isteğimize güleryüzle yardımcı oldu kendisine çok teşekkürler :)
