Lovely place, clean and comfortable. Good food. Free coffee and tea facilities already in room without asking. Friendly staff. Free shuttle bus which was an absolute winner.

NH Collection Plaza Santiago
It was a great, spacious suite with a view of the Costanera tower. The staff was friendly and we greatly appreciated the ability to check in early (for a small fee). The hotel is perfectly located and easily accessible to the metro anywhere else in the city.
