"Clean and comfortable "

"When we entered our room, we found that it was not clean. There were fingerprints and residue from glasses on surfaces and crumbs on the floor between the beds. One of the beds had a stained sheet. I asked the front desk to send someone to correct the situation, and they were more than happy to do so. BUT when the cleaning staff came to our room, she was very rude and told me she had already cleaned the room and vacuumed. I showed her the areas that needed to be done and she did correct them. "
