"This is a wonderful, clean older hotel near the heart of the city. The only BIG problem is PARKING. But the staff helps with that."

"This hotel is just steps away from the airport which is great. The staff is very friendly and always willing to help. The rooms are modern and well decorated. The price is very reasonable. It’s a small boutique hotel that’s next to a runway and in the middle of the rental car places but it wasn’t too hard to find. The only downside (which isn’t an issue for me) is that it’s right up against a runway and you can definitely hear the planes. They provide earplugs if you’re sensitive to sound but neither my partner nor I needed them and the planes stopped around 10:30 so really not an issue"

"When we arrived at the hotel a show was s the room , small little windows, larger window view a meter of window a roof smell like the room has not been open for a few days! Maybe because Air conditioning was off, room near breakfast! It were noises of doors closing , also from breakfast area! We were walk up at 6am because the window above our bed had no some block as the other ones so the light went straight to our faces! Next day told them about the noises and the window , so they came they cover the window with a cardboard boxes and tape!! Noises of the doors stop ! Breakfast , limited facilities but Irene went out of her way to help us!! Eggs were cold and first day they warm then up on a microwave!! This is a 4 star hotel!! Location for us was excellent !Prefer not to had all those inconveniences!! The staff trying to help, but so much they can do!"

"I had a truly wonderful stay at Mazzini Palace. From the moment I arrived, the staff were warm, welcoming, and always smiling – it genuinely felt like they had put their heart and soul into creating this place. A special thank you to Giulia, who was an absolute professional. She was incredibly attentive, kind, and always ready to help with any request. Her approach made the stay even more enjoyable and stress-free. The room was spotless, and the level of cleanliness was exceptional throughout my stay. Everything was cleaned daily, the towels were changed every day, and fresh water was brought to the room daily, which I really appreciated. Little touches like slippers and a shower cap – just like in a five-star hotel – made the experience feel especially comfortable and thoughtful. The room itself was beautiful, with very high ceilings that made you genuinely feel like you were staying in a modern palace – spacious, elegant, and full of character. The breakfast was excellent, with a good selection and everything fresh and nicely presented. It really set a positive tone for the day. Another highlight was the view – from the hotel you can see Mount Etna, which made the stay even more special and memorable. Although the location is in a quieter area and requires a bit of travel to reach the main attractions, the peaceful atmosphere can be a nice advantage if you prefer to stay away from busy tourist crowds. I would absolutely recommend Mazzini Palace👌"
