"The room was uncomfortable due to the noise from traffic and disturbances coming from the neighbouring room. During my stay, I experienced two separate instances where my room was left unlocked after it had been cleaned. Despite informing the reception about these issues, they did not seem to take my concerns seriously. Honestly, I wouldn’t want to return, even if the stay were free. Moreover, I feel compelled to warn that if you are Black, you should think long and hard before visiting Italy.
