"The property is in a great location near the Duomo and leaning tower of Pisa. The terrace has a great view of the buildings and also has a very good restaurant. The rooms and hotel felt tired and since we went to the hotel in the first week of May, the air conditioning was not available. The room was warm even with the window open . The bed and pillows were just ok. Breakfast was very good. Large selection of food choices."

"The likes are that it has sooo much character . This place is old but that is what makes it so great. There was places that need repair , paint chipping, and skeaky floors n doors but again that is part of what makes this place so real. If only some of the furniture or walls could talk. You can walk everywhere in Pisa from here The roof deck bar service was great in the evening Small dislike was the street noise but still slept well My wife and I will be coming back when we return Pisa"

"We got a decent room and it was very spacious however overall the room had a really weird layout and it seemed like they had converted a form of balcony for the bathroom and the shower was extremely tiny. The bathroom was like 1st to sink in a shower room and then a toilet but then in order to get to the toilet you’d have to get your feet wet because the shower was just so tiny that there was water all over the floor, but other than that, the staff were friendly. It looks a bit dodgy from the outside but overall decent stay for a short break. I only stayed for one night."
