"The rooms are small. Room 7 does not have a toilet seat that fits or a shower that drains. Room 3 was fine. The restaurant staff are great for the included breakfast. The neighborhood is nice. The outdoor space is super comfortable. Most of the employees are very helpful. "

"The hotel has very few restaurants nearby but is within easy walking distance to metro and bus stops. The hotel itself is rather tired looking and the rooms could use some renovations. The included, self-serve breakfast had hot and cold items, including delicious fresh fruit. The work staff worked hard to keep it stocked but were often running behind due to the large number of people. The next time we go to Santiago we will probably choose to stay in Lastarria neighborhood as it has interesting shops and many restaurants."
