"beautiful all around, excellent restaurants, staff is absolutely the best, so courteous and friendly, very helpful! We have stayed at this location on 3 occasions and every time the window view has been the other building and or pipes. It would be nice to get better views. Otherwise perfect!!"

"They steal more than 7000 US $$ on my cards after I left the hotel . I left the hotel at 5 Am on November 23 i went to another city,on 24 I bought something for 25 $$ on my cards both got declined, I only used them to pay for food and the hotel room.when I called one of my bank they informed me the same day I left the hotel; there were 42 orders placed on AliExpress on my master card which I didn’t make. And I m still calling the second bank to lock my Visa card. Believe me I have an idea who stole the card information. Because the first day when I got to the hotel the young lady took the card place it on the front desk trying to make the payment it turned it just thanks a glance i think they record my card with the camera at the desk without my knowledge.. ladronnnnn ladronnnn ladronnnn"

"The staff were polite, thought not very helpful. The room we got did not match the picture of the room we selected. And the bed was so hard that my wife booked us another room. If you are staying in Mexico City from abroad I would choose somewhere else to stay."
