The bed is big, staffs are friendly. It's close to manything and quiet handy The negative part there was only one power point and it was next to the basin. TV wasn't working properly.

It is a very dirty hotel, I got an eye infection in the middle of the night I woke up with a terrible itch and I saw that the pillows were vomited for days and they covered it with the pillowcase. I do not recommend it ever is super dirty bathroom and carpet.

Disappointing experience. I had originally booked room for 2 adults and my 2 yr old. Last minute travel add on was my adult daughter. At check-in they charged me for the extra adult, which I can completely understand, another adult generates additional work. However, when it came to asking for additional towels, pillows and toilet paper the housekeeping lady was so bothered by it. Her attitude was rude and her face expression seemed aggravated by the request. If they were charging additional fees for the extra adult I would expect to have extra or enough of everything that is needed in the room.They room they placed me in was right next to a street lighting pole which shined the window all night long. The shower door was broken and the bathroom floor got flooded. We’d have to wait before the next person could shower. I did speak to front desk and they did send the maintenance guy ( he was so polite unlike the housekeeper). They at least tried to fix that. I had booked from 12-08 to 12-13, I left two days earlier. The front staff was polite but not really helpful. When I checked out one of the staff members offered to change my room but it was too late I had already made another reservation at another hotel. The property seemed beautiful and well maintained but once you get there it’s not what you expect. The publicity photos are enhanced to look more appealing but it a complete disappointment.

The personal was great but the rooms had a bad smell and the mattress were really hard, they also started remodeling and we weren’t able to have breakfast the last day we were in the hotel plus the remodeling was all night long and there was lots of noise so we couldn’t sleep right.

the people working there were great the property was old and out dated on wall plug and the floor was warped and
