Good location for exploring with public transport links like the metro and bus station nearby. The hotel was also very helpful with an issue I had meaning that the dates of my stay had to change. I will definitely stay again when returning to Madrid."

"Perfect location if visiting the Bernabeu and situated near the Madrid city Tour buses for ease of getting aroumd. Breakfast was good, basic but plenty to choose from. Only negative was the room was very small and located near the lifts, so noisy at times but other than thay, good value for money. Staff were all helpful and polite."

"Very helpful staff and the breakfast was amazing with plenty of choice. Rooms very clean and hotel also very clean. Well situated for the Metro (O’Donnell or Goya) and a short distance to the Retiro gardens. Easy to get to from the airport on Bus 203 (5 Euro per person when we took it). Lots of places to eat nearby & hotel food really good. Check out the cafes and bars in Goya. Gym small but plenty of apparatus - treadmill, 3 bikes, X-trainer, weights machine and weights. Highly recommend this hotel for visiting Madrid."
