"Excellent option for a budget hotel. The room was clean, very quiet, and completely adequate for what we needed (just a place to sleep in peace). There are no complimentary hot drinks facilities in the room or the hotel, which was a shame. The hotel is not in in nicest part of Lille but is a far enough away from the station and main street of shops to feel safe and peaceful."

"The hotel is good for staying overnight on a long drive somewhere, wouldn't say you can expect great comfort or facilities. Having said that, staff was friendly and there was a nice bar downstairs where you can have an evening drink and the room was clean."

"Fantastic experience from start to finish. Nice touch with the front desk staff having a sign detailing what languages they spoke. Myself and my three colleagues arrived around 11pm and checked in with zero hassle. Dropped our bags off and back to the lobby bar for a refreshing beer. Great choice and price. The room was very spacious with a very comfortable bed. We chose this location due to attending the LOSC Lille football game (hotel is a few hundred metres from stadium). On our last day, we also had the breakfast. Again, very pleasant chef and the food when it ran out was immediately replenished. Great value for money. My only minor gripe was of our party of four, one of us was on the 4th floor whilst the remaining three were on second floor. Perhaps a split 50/50 next time? In summary, great hotel which is about a ten minute walk to a choice of two metro stops. From there it’s about 15-20 minutes to city centre. "

" One member of staff, a bearded one, wearing a sweater, was so rude and obnoxious. A scary experience. On the other hand, the other staff members were kind and supportive I have to admit."

"The room was an acceptable size for a twin. Some of the sockets were not working and the radiators were turned off, despite the freezing temperatures outside. Being plumbed heating it took a long time to come through. The beds were quite short, anyone over 6 ft would struggle. Breakfast was great if you got there at opening. If you arrived an hour later the hot food was burned, overcooked and not being replaced"
