We came here spontaneously without any plans. Everything was good, as we expected. Enthusiasm comes from the receptionist. There is a beautiful garden in the hotel. Very natural and enjoyable.

Nice rooms , able to use resort across road with beach and pool. Nice breakfast and clean through out. Helpful at reception

Staff were amazing!

Lovely hosts always willing to help with a smile.

All excellent, only beach is rocky and muddy

Loved everything about our stay at The Shining Riverside

What a fabulous hotel😁we've stayed in Hoi An for the last 5years in different hotels and this is definitely the best one😁 Everything was perfect and its in a great location over looking the river😁7 minutes walk into town We have already booked for next year😁

This hotel is superb. The staff are so friendly & helpful. The rooms are immaculately cleaned every day. The breakfast choices are perfect & of high quality. The location is ideal to explore the local town & Hoi An, as well as being almost Beach Front.

Fantastic resort with friendly staff

Honestly one of the best boutique hotels we have ever stayed in, the view from the balcony was awesome and the location was perfect. Our hosts were amazing and so helpful. Totally recommend for a chilled stay in Hoi An.

Lovely hotel, good location, easy walk to markets, ect.

Beautiful hotel facing the river. The room is clean, modern, and well-equipped. The surrounding area is exciting in the evening, there are a lot of coffee shops, restaurants, and people walking to see Dragon Bridge. The staff is friendly and helpful. Highly recommend

Absolutely amazing hotel, staff could not be any better or more helpful. However, the location provided on hotels.com is not accurate, it is much further away from Hoi An city centre. Hotels.com claims this is not their responsibilty to check, however all other booking sites provide the correct location, so before booking have a look on other sites for the correct location. As for the hotel itself, can not fault them on anything, genuinely nice staff, nice and clean rooms, nice pool area and...

this is the best hotel that my husband and I have ever been to! Nothing was too much trouble and the staff were all friendly and polite. The only problem is that they have set the bar so high that I fear no hotel will match up to it! Thank you for an amazing stay.
