"The first night was not good. The AC would rattle badly when shutting down. In the morning I asked for it to be repaired prior to night time. Hope and the gentleman asked if I would like to move. I asked for a 4th floor room and they found one. It really impressed me that Hope went to the room and made sure the AC was working properly!! I'm a retired 61 year old jarhead, I was glad to see younger employees going above and beyond to make sure things were right with the product they were offering. Not just thinking that "this get this old fart satisfied""

"I loved staying at this hotel. Easy check in and clean room. I love the casino too but I don't like that there are no non-smoking casino areas. So, if you are staying just to play slots please be aware there is no area to play for non-smokers. "
